I’d like to write a letter to the press, do you have any tips?

Writing to local and national newspapers really helps raise awareness of farm animal welfare issues and sparks debate.

You could write in response to an article or another letter you have read, a recent news story or television programme. Use your letter as an opportunity to encourage others to take action; direct readers to ciwf.org for more information.

You can also let your local paper know if you have a demonstration or fundraising event taking place.
