Martins Ritins

"I do not make a choice to use or not to use free range chicken eggs because I have made this many years ago when I as a chef first compared the taste of factory and free range chicken eggs. I always choose only the best and highest quality products for my customers. 'We are what we eat' is a law I follow and I need to be sure that the egg I'm using comes from the chicken that lives, feeds and breeds naturally. I care about animal welfare and from happy chickens come happy and tasty eggs."
