Junior Web Designer

Salary circa £18,000 to £22,000 (dependent on experience)

Factory farming is the biggest cause of animal cruelty on the planet. Some 40 billion animals a year are kept in cages, crates and sheds, pushed beyond their physical limits and resulting in massive global environmental damage.

You could be part of changing this

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our small website team. In this initial six-month fixed-term role, you will be working with the web manager to ensure the highest quality web content is delivered as required to meet the organisational objectives.

Based in our Godalming headquarters, you will be an enthusiastic Internet advocate and comfortable working on your own or as part of a small team. You will have a positive and efficient approach to your work, able to acquire and pass on new skills quickly and confidently.

Educated to degree level, preferably in an IT, marketing, communications or related field, you will have good IT skills and, in particular, wide-ranging and demonstrable Internet experience. Empathy with the goals of Compassion in World Farming is essential.
