From prime ministers to presidents, royalty to pop stars his guests include President George W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II of England, and Elton John. All the meals on Vincents' critically acclaimed menu have only ever been made with free-range eggs. Free-range eggs are part of Martins' dedication to using only the very best ingredients, grown exclusively for Vincents by local suppliers. Martins is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, and has talked about the importance of free-range eggs on his popular television program.
"I do not make a choice to use or not to use free range chicken eggs because I have made this many years ago when I as a chef first compared taste of factory and free range chicken eggs. I always choose only the best and highest quality products for my customers.
'We are what we eat' is a law I follow and I need to be sure that the egg I'm using comes from the chicken that lives, feeds and breeds naturally. I care about animal welfare and from happy chickens come happy and tasty eggs.
