Professor Molly Anderson

Molly Anderson is the William R. Kenan Jr. Professor of Food Studies at Middlebury College, where she teaches about sustainable food systems, hunger and food sovereignty. She is involved in efforts to advance agroecology and transformation of food systems at the local, regional, national and international scale. She is a member of the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems. Her academic background is in systems ecology and natural resource management.
