Job type: Part-time (2 days a week)

Do you want to help end factory farming?

Are you interested in joining Compassion in World Farming’s Communications team? We are seeking a proactive and positive person who is skilled at writing copy for different audiences and has experience of managing relationships with high-profile individuals.

You need to be able to convey strong, clear messaging and understand our target audiences in order to help raise our profile in the UK. Traditional media knowledge is a must, along with a good understanding of digital and social media.

Compassion in World Farming International is a fast-growing and influential campaigning charity with decades of experience fighting factory farming: our award-winning undercover investigations have exposed the ugly realities of factory farms; our political lobbying and campaigns have improved the living conditions for factory farmed animals across Europe; our Food Business team is working with some of the world’s biggest food companies – retailers, producers and manufacturers – to drive humane-sustainable innovation.

If you have the drive, enthusiasm, copywriting and organisational skills, plus an interest in animal welfare then we’d like to hear from you.
