TOGETHER WE CAN END THIS SUFFERING
You can stop the biggest cause of animal cruelty on the planet
Just £5 a month can help protect MILLIONS of animals from cruelty and suffering.
More than a billion pigs are farmed across the world each year. These highly intelligent, sociable animals are often kept in conditions where they never see the light of day.
Before they are even a week old, many piglets are castrated and have their tails docked and teeth clipped - painful procedures usually carried out without anaesthetic.
In many countries, it is common for breeding sows to spend most of their life in cages so narrow they can’t even turn around. Many develop abnormal repetitive behaviours as a result of chronic stress, boredom and frustration.

Farming doesn’t have to be like this.
But we need your help to change it.
WARNING:
This video shows scenes of animal cruelty and tooth clipping filmed undercover in intensive factory farms
Compassion in World Farming is the leading international farm animal welfare organisation actively campaigning to improve the lives of farmed animals all around the world. Over the past 40 years, we have achieved real change to improve the welfare of farm animals throughout the world, but there is still so much more to do.
So take action today - just £5 a month can help us tackle intensive, factory farming - the biggest cause of animal cruelty on the planet.
Giving each month is important because it takes time, money and persistence to outlaw cruelty to animals and to change attitudes to farming and food production. There are kinder ways to farm... but we need your help.
