What is Compassion in World Farming’s policy on battery rabbit farming?

Compassion in World Farming believes that all animals should be reared in humane systems and given the freedom to express their natural behaviour.

Intrinsically, we are opposed to any plans that include the factory farming of sentient beings and there are very serious welfare issues affecting rabbits in intensive farming systems.
