Duncan Williamson - Head of International Policy
Duncan leads our international policy working with the UN, research institutes and civil society. He is a global food system expert, with specialist knowledge in sustainable diets, nutrition security and agricultural diversity.
Previously Duncan worked at WWF UK for 10 years, where he developed and delivered the on-going Livewell project, which demonstrates how a healthy diet can be sustainable.
Duncan still advises WWF International on sustainable food systems and sustainable diets. He is also a consultant for the Food and Climate Research Network, Food Bites and Peas Please, as well as sitting on the steering group for Protein 2040. Duncan helped found Eating Better and is currently serving as a director.
Duncan regularly presents at conferences, festivals and seminars across the globe and has been quoted in national press outlets including The Guardian and The Independent. He has also appeared on BBC News.
