Farmageddon – from South Africa to Canada

News Icon 26/04/2014

I’ve just returned from my Farmageddon tour of South Africa and am listening back to some of the media interviews whilst there.  Huge thanks to our South Africa Director, Louise van der Merwe, for putting together such a comprehensive tour schedule.

You can listen to my interview with Bruce Whitfield of Cape Talk’s Money Programme here and watch an interview I did with Woolworths on national TV’s Expresso show here.  Woolworths received South Africa’s first Compassion Good Egg Award for their commitment to sourcing only free range eggs.  Congratulations Woolworths!

I was also interviewed by Channel Islam International radio.  Listen to the interview here.

Next stop on the Farmageddon tour is Toronto, Canada.  I’m very much looking forward to launching the book there, where, I’m delighted to say, it will be published by Penguin.

I’m also looking forward to meeting Compassion supporters and anyone interested in talking about a humane food revolution at the launch, taking place on May 1st in Toronto.

If you’re in town, please join me at OISE Nexus Lounge, OISE Building, 12th Floor, Room 130, 252 Bloor Street West, Toronto at 6pm.

I’ll keep you posted.  Watch this space…..
